Welcome to SBS Radio's Kurdish Language Program.

The Kurdish Language Program has been a part of SBS Radio since 1985. We offer extensive coverage of news relating to Kurds, as well as international and national news, followed by a variety of segments, including current affairs, cultural, educational and other issues of interest to our listeners.

Our stringers present reports from Kurdistan and Europe. The program is often enriched by Kurdish music of different times and places. We conduct interviews with prominent Kurdish politicians, intellectuals and artists on issues related to all parts of Kurdistan and Kurdish culture everywhere without neglecting matters related to settlement, education and community affairs in Australia.

Our program reaches Sydney and Melbourne and is on air one hour per week from 10.00 - 11.00 p.m. every Saturday. The time is limited but we endeavour to present a rich and colourful program every week. Now you can listen to our program any time you like right from the link on this website.
