| Jane Roscoe appointed new SBS Television Network Programmer |

| Jane Roscoe has been appointed to the post of Network Programmer at SBS Television.
A former media studies academic, Jane has been with SBS Television for the past two years managing the television schedule and, most recently, acting in the Network Programmer role. SBS Director of Television and Online Content, Matt Campbell, said Jane is a great asset to SBS already having made a significant contribution during her short but busy time in the Network Programming Branch. “Never before has this position been more challenging than in the current media landscape. Jane's energy, dynamism and experience will serve her well in taking SBS into this exciting new era,” Mr Campbell said. As Network Programmer Jane will manage the television schedule and programming creative team, drive the programming strategy through acquisitions of content for SBS, work closely with the SBSi team on commissioning of content and ensure SBS continues to acquire and broadcast high quality and innovative programming for our diverse ‘all Australian’ audience. |
